Christmas Packaging- Milk Cartons

I’ve been busy creating items for Christmas this week. I’ve been struggling to pin down what I wanted to do for our Christmas cards. I love what I’ve made but there are just a few things that I’m not 100% happy with. So I put the card project aside to come back to and started creating packaging for some pots of Dulce de leche I made the other day.

I thought that as I’m basically giving away cooked milk I’d put them into little milk cartons.

This is the result! What do you think?

I think they’d also make lovely boxes for small gifts or for biscuits or little Christmas cakes.

I’ve uploaded the PDF template for you to download. It’s contained in a .ZIP file you need to open.

The template prints out on A3 220 gsm card (or the thickest you can get hold of).

You’ll need an x-acto knife or scissors and some double-sided tape or adhesive for this project.

The gift tags and little lid seals are also included.

Each carton is 90mm wide x 90mm deep x 120mm high (excluding the seal on the top).

I’ve not included a step by step tutorial for this project as it’s really quite easy. But if you get stuck or are not sure what to leave a comment below and I’ll include one.

Hi there! My name is Isabella and I found your template on Craftgawker and immediately fell in love with it! I wanted to ask you what size was the card stock that you used. I bought one that was 9.5 inx11in and my box came out to be 60mmx60mmx90mm. I would love to master this template because it is so cute! Thanks you for all your wonderful ideas!

      Hi Isabella,
I’m so glad you like it! I used A3 card stock for this template (297mm x 420mm) which is 11.69 × 16.54 in inches. This is likely why yours came out a little small.
      Thanks for following!
